BBV and the MOSAIC Program

The MOSAIC Program is what once was The Tent City jail in Maricopa County. As stated by the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office:

“MOSAIC is designed to combat recidivism by helping inmates overcome substance abuse and develop coping skills.  MOSAIC breaks the cycle by dealing with their drug abuse and helps them through the trauma that led to a life of crime.”

BBV Staff had the pleasure of volunteering with MOSAIC to provide makeovers for the graduation of the women pictured.
